Custom UV Raised Patches

Premium full-color UV raised patches with a textured, 3D finish: a modern alternative to embroidery for hats, team jerseys, uniforms and brand merch. Minimum 12 per design.

How it works

1. Choose a size: 2″, 3″ or 4″, measured on the longest side of your design.
2. Open the designer, upload your artwork and choose a cut: die-cut to your shape, rectangle, rounded rectangle, circle or ellipse.
3. Set your quantity (minimum 12 per design) and add to cart.
4. We email you a proof. Production starts after you approve it.

• 2″: $10.99 per patch
• 3″: $15.00 per patch
• 4″: $20.00 per patch

Artwork requirements

• 300 DPI or higher at the final size.
• Your design must include a background. Solid shapes work best.
• Text-only or outline-only designs are not supported.
• Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS.

We print your artwork exactly as submitted and do not alter or modify files, so please check spelling, colors and image quality before you order.

Production and shipping

Production starts after you approve your proof, and approved orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. We ship within the United States only. Free shipping on orders of $120 or more (Economy shipping). Other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Custom-printed items are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind or for errors in the artwork you submit. If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged or wrong, email photos to info@dtfsirius.com within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund it.
