Product details

  • Durable twill patch with a stitched merrow border
  • Full-color print, so photos, gradients and fine details all work
  • Heat-activated adhesive backing: apply with a heat press or iron, or sew it on
  • Shapes: circle, square, rectangle or heart
  • Sizes: 2″, 3″ or 4″, measured across the longest side
  • Each pack has 12 patches of the same design

How to apply

  1. Preheat the garment for 3 seconds to remove moisture.
  2. Place the patch and press at 320°F with medium-firm pressure for 15 seconds.
  3. Turn the garment inside out and press the back of the patch for another 10 seconds.
  4. Let it cool completely, and wait 24 hours before the first wash.

For bags, hats and items that see heavy wear, we recommend also stitching around the border.

Care

Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the patch.

Artwork

Upload a PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI or EPS file. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background or vector art gives the sharpest result. We print your artwork exactly as submitted, so please check spelling and image quality before you order.

Shipping and returns

Made to order and shipped within 5–7 business days. Free US shipping on orders of $120 or more. Custom items are final sale, but misprints, defects and damage are covered by our quality promise: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund it.
