DTF Transfers for Texas Teams, Churches & Shops

Texas orders tend to come in big batches: a whole booster club, a church youth group, a three-generation family reunion. DTF Sirius makes those batches simple with full-color DTF gang sheets at $0.75 per inch, no minimum order and a same-day shipping cutoff for gang sheets and transfers. We ship from the Northeast to every part of Texas, from Houston and Dallas–Fort Worth to the Valley, the Hill Country and West Texas.

Timing a Texas order

Our cutoff is 2 PM Eastern on business days, which is 1 PM Central for most of the state and noon in El Paso. Gang sheets and transfers ordered before then ship the same day. USPS Ground Advantage from the Northeast typically takes 3–5 business days to reach Texas. That's a typical range, not a promise.

Working backward from a Friday night game: an order that ships on Monday typically lands between Thursday and the following Monday. To press with confidence, order by Wednesday of the week before. Finished custom apparel ships in 3–5 business days and embroidery in 5–7, before transit, so plan those two weeks or more ahead.

The Texas print calendar

  • January–March: stock show and rodeo season. Fort Worth kicks off in January, San Antonio follows in February and Houston runs from late February into March. FFA and 4-H exhibitors, barn crews and families order matching show-team shirts.
  • April–May: Fiesta in San Antonio, baseball and softball playoffs, prom and graduation shirts.
  • June–July: Juneteenth, which began in Galveston in 1865, brings family reunions and community celebrations. It's also the peak of vacation Bible school, church camps and mission trips.
  • August–November: Friday night football, band, cheer and drill team, homecoming season and the State Fair of Texas in Dallas.
  • November–December: holiday markets, church Christmas programs and family shirts. Ready-made designs are in our Holiday Shop.

What Texans print with DTF

Football, band and spirit wear

Booster clubs press player names and numbers, parent shirts, band and drill team designs and senior-night gifts. DTF prints fine lines, gradients and every school color in one pass, so there are no screens and no per-color charges.

Church groups and camps

VBS staff shirts, youth camp designs and mission-trip tees are usually one design in many sizes. Many Texas churches also print bilingual English and Spanish designs, and DTF handles any text you put in your artwork.

Rodeo, livestock and ranch

Show-team shirts, sponsor banners on the back and ranch brands on caps. For hats and polos, our custom embroidery gives a finished, stitched look.

Food trucks, BBQ joints and small businesses

Staff shirts, merch for the counter and UV DTF decals for stainless tumblers and glassware. UV DTF is peel-and-stick at $2.00 per inch, with no heat press required.

Sizing a big batch on one sheet

Say your team needs 30 back prints, each about 10 inches wide and 11 inches tall. Two fit side by side across our 22-inch sheet, so 15 rows take about 165 inches. A 22 × 168 inch sheet in the gang sheet builder costs $126, holds all 30 prints and qualifies for free Economy shipping on orders of $120 or more. If your designer already made the layout, use the DTF upload gang sheet instead: size and price are calculated automatically.

Texas summers are hot, and a lot of team and crew shirts are performance polyester. DTF transfers press onto cotton and polyester at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds, hot peel. Bring your package inside promptly and keep the transfers flat, cool and dry until you press. The full steps are on our heat press instructions page.
