Our Quality Promise
Our DTF transfer quality guarantee is simple: if your order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll reprint it or refund it. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Whether you're pressing a first batch of shirts for a school fundraiser or restocking your own clothing line, you need to know your order will show up the way you placed it. That's what the DTF Sirius Quality Promise is about. Below, we explain what it covers, what to check when your package arrives and how to make a claim.
What Our DTF Transfer Quality Guarantee Covers
The promise applies to three situations. If any of them happens and you report it within 7 days of delivery with photos, we'll reprint or refund.
Misprints
Part of your design is missing, or your order doesn't match the file you submitted.
Damaged Items
Your transfers, stickers or finished products arrive damaged. Take photos of the item and the packaging before you use or throw away anything.
Wrong Items
You received a different design, size or product than the one you ordered.
How to Make a Claim
Step 1: Check Your Order When It Arrives
Look over your order soon after it's delivered, before you press or apply anything.
- Confirm the designs, sizes and products match your order.
- Lay each sheet or transfer flat and compare it with the file you submitted.
- Check the items and the packaging for damage, and keep the packaging until you're sure everything is right.
Step 2: Take the Right Photos
Good photos let us see the problem without a lot of back-and-forth. Try to include:
- A photo of the whole sheet or item, so we can see the full order.
- A close-up of the defect, such as the missing part of the design or the damaged area.
- A photo of the packaging, especially if something arrived damaged.
Step 3: Email Us Within 7 Days of Delivery
Send the photos to info@dtfsirius.com with your order number and a short description of what's wrong. We'll reply with next steps for your reprint or refund.
Covered Issue or Final Sale?
Every custom-printed item is made just for you, so it's final sale outside of the misprint, damage and wrong-item cases above. A quick way to tell the difference:
- Covered: a misprint, damage or a wrong item, reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Final sale: a custom order you no longer need, or a change of plans after ordering.
We don't retouch, recolor or correct your files, so what you approved is what gets printed. Because we print exactly what you upload, a typo, a low-resolution image or mirrored artwork will print that way, so review your file before you order.
How to Get Great Results
Prepare Your Artwork
Upload a 300 DPI file at print size, ideally a transparent PNG (we also accept JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS), and don't mirror it. Our guide on how to prepare artwork for a DTF gang sheet walks through each step. Then build your layout in the DTF Gang Sheet Builder (22" wide, 12" to 240" long), send a finished file through Upload DTF Gang Sheet, or order individual designs with DTF Transfers by Size.
Press DTF Transfers
DTF transfers work on cotton and polyester. Our heat press instructions and the blog guide on how to press DTF transfers cover temperature, pressure, time and peel.
Apply UV DTF Stickers
UV DTF stickers are peel-and-stick decals for hard surfaces. After applying, let them set for 24 hours, then hand wash and avoid the dishwasher and soaking. Order with the UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder, Upload UV DTF Gang Sheet or UV DTF Transfers by Size, and read DTF vs. UV DTF transfers if you're not sure which one fits your project.
Satisfaction Starts Before You Order
- No minimum order. Test a new design, garment or press setting with a small order before you commit to a full run.
- Same-day shipping cutoff. Orders placed by 2 PM ET on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day. We ship within the US only.
- Everything in one place. Browse DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, custom stickers and patches, custom tees, sweatshirts, infant bodysuits, totes and mugs, and 1 kg DTF inks.

Quality Promise FAQs
How long do I have to report a problem with my DTF transfers?
Report misprints, damage or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. The window starts on the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it. Email photos of the issue and your order number to info@dtfsirius.com.
Will I get a reprint or a refund?
Covered issues are resolved with either a reprint or a refund.
Will you fix or adjust my artwork before printing?
No. We print your artwork exactly as submitted, without edits. Before you upload, proofread your text and review the file at full size.
My transfer isn't sticking well. What should I do?
Check your settings: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds and a hot peel, on cotton or polyester. Our heat press instructions and the guide on how to press DTF transfers walk through each step.
Can I return a custom order I no longer need?
Custom-printed items are made to order, so they're final sale unless they arrive misprinted, damaged or wrong. Unopened DTF inks can be returned within 30 days. See our refund policy for details.
Can I use UV DTF stickers on shirts or bags?
No. UV DTF is made for clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces like glass, metal, ceramic, hard plastic and sealed wood. For fabric items, choose DTF transfers, which work on cotton and polyester.
