File preparation checklist
Check your artwork against this list before you order:
- File format: PNG with a transparent background is recommended. Our uploader also accepts JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS files.
- Background: any background color in your file will print, so remove any background you don't want on the transfer.
- Size: set your artwork to the exact size you want printed. Gang sheets must be 22 inches wide.
- Resolution: 300 DPI at print size is recommended.
- Orientation: do not mirror your design. Upload it exactly as it should appear on the finished item.
- Final check: double-check spelling, spacing and image quality.
We print your artwork as submitted and do not edit or modify files.
Applying your transfers
- Heat Press Instructions: temperature, pressure, press time and peeling steps for DTF transfers
- UV DTF application: peel-and-stick steps for hard surfaces, with no heat press needed
Shipping and returns
- Turnaround: Orders placed by 2 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) ship the same day; orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the next business day.
- Shipping: We ship within the United States only, with free shipping on orders of $120 or more (Economy shipping). Other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

- Misprinted, defective, damaged or wrong item? Email info@dtfsirius.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will reprint or refund the affected items.
