DTF transfers are flat, light and durable in transit. A 22×60 sheet ships rolled in a tube; a stack of cut transfers ships in a rigid mailer. Nothing about the product needs to be picked up in person, and there is no proof, setup or press check that requires a visit. What does matter is cutoff time and distance to the carrier hub. What to have ready before you order

A PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi at the size you want to press. Decide the print width per placement (adult front 10 to 12 inches, youth 7 to 9, left chest 3 to 4; see the size chart). Then either lay out a gang sheet in the builder, which shows the price as you add designs, or order a single transfer by size. No. We are an online print shop in upstate New York and all orders ship by carrier. Same-day shipping for orders by 2 PM ET is faster than most pickups across the region.

How fast will DTF transfers reach New York City or Long Island?

Typically 1 to 2 business days after same-day shipping, so an order placed Monday morning usually arrives Tuesday or Wednesday.

Is the 2 PM ET cutoff strict?
