Arizona's busy season runs backwards from most of the country. Winter visitors, spring training, gem shows and rodeos fill the calendar from October to April, while summer is for crews working in the heat and the drinkware that keeps them going. Arizona's clock and our cutoff

Gang sheets and transfers ordered by 2 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Because most of Arizona doesn't observe daylight saving time, that cutoff moves on your clock:

  • Roughly March to early November (East Coast on daylight time): 11 AM Arizona time.
  • Roughly November to March: noon Arizona time.

USPS Ground Advantage from the Northeast typically takes 3–5 business days to reach Arizona. That's typical, not guaranteed. Spring training

From late February through March, big-league teams train around the Valley and fans travel in groups. Group-trip shirts, tailgate tees and family designs are easy DTF jobs. Use original artwork or designs you have the rights to, since team logos are trademarked.

Gem shows, rodeos and festivals

Tucson's gem and mineral shows in late January and February draw vendors who want booth shirts and branded giveaways. Tucson's rodeo is in February, and Prescott's rodeo runs over the Fourth of July. Western wear, ranch brands and rodeo-club shirts work well on a gang sheet, and embroidered caps ship as finished goods.

Sedona, Flagstaff and canyon-country shops

Summer: crews and drinkware

Landscaping, pool service, HVAC, roofing and solar crews work outdoors through Arizona's hottest months, and many companies outfit them in light-colored cotton or performance polyester tees. DTF presses onto both at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds, hot peel. On thin performance fabrics, press a test piece first.

Insulated stainless tumblers and water bottles are essential in an Arizona summer, which makes them good company gifts and merch.   • Combine designs into one larger sheet. Orders of $120 or more ship free with Economy shipping, and a 22 × 168 inch sheet ($126) qualifies by itself.
  • If a transfer arrives misprinted or damaged, report it within 7 days and we'll reprint it or refund it.
