DTF Transfers for Boston & New England (1–2 Day Delivery)

DTF Sirius ships DTF transfers, gang sheets and UV DTF decals from upstate New York to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine in 1–2 business days. Order by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday and your order ships the same day with tracking, so a Monday order is typically in Boston, Hartford or Providence by Tuesday or Wednesday. There is no minimum order and no setup fee: gang sheets are $0.75 per inch of a 22-inch-wide sheet (about 3.4¢ per square inch), transfers by size are about 4¢ per square inch, UV DTF is $2.00 per inch (about 9.1¢ per square inch), and shipping is free on orders of $120 or more.

New England has no shortage of screen printers, but ready-to-press DTF transfers have mostly meant ordering from the South or the West Coast and waiting most of a week. From upstate New York, the whole region is a one- or two-day ground run, which changes how you can plan: order Monday, press Wednesday, sell Saturday.

Souvenir shops on the Cape and the Maine coast, fishing charters, surf shops, lobster shacks and ice cream stands can refresh designs between seasons without committing to a big run. Pair pressed tees and hoodies with UV DTF decals for tumblers, water bottles and the mugs on the shelf by the register.

Breweries, cideries and coffee roasters

Staff shirts and merch sweatshirts are DTF. Growlers, retail glassware and hard-plastic signage take UV DTF, which is peel-and-stick and hand wash only, so keep it on the pieces customers take home rather than the glasses you pour with.

Upload a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI (JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS also accepted), not mirrored. We print exactly what you send and do not edit files.

Pressing hoodies and fleece for a New England winter

DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends and fleece. Press at 315–325°F with medium-firm pressure for 6–12 seconds and peel the film while hot; for polyester, stay at the low end of the range to limit dye migration. Full directions are on our heat press instructions page.

Boston and New England DTF transfers FAQ

How long does delivery take to Boston?

Typically 1–2 business days after the ship date. Order by 2 PM ET Monday and most Boston-area addresses have it Tuesday or Wednesday.

How long to Providence, Hartford or Manchester?

Also 1–2 business days. Connecticut, Rhode Island and southern New Hampshire are as close to us as Boston.

How long to Vermont and Maine?

1–2 business days for most addresses. Far northern Maine and the islands can add a day, so order a day earlier for a fixed date.

Where do you ship from?

We print in-house in upstate New York, in the Albany, NY area, and ship to US addresses only.

Do you offer pickup in Boston?

No. Every order ships with tracking from upstate New York.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order a single transfer by size or one 22 × 12 gang sheet for $9.

How much do DTF transfers cost?

Do you print UV DTF for tumblers and glassware?

Yes. UV DTF decals are peel-and-stick for stainless steel, glass, ceramic, acrylic, hard plastic and sealed wood, about 12¢ per square inch by size ($2.00 per inch on a UV gang sheet), hand wash only.

Will the transfers hold up on hoodies and fleece?

Yes. DTF bonds to cotton, polyester, blends and fleece and lasts 50+ washes when pressed at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds with a hot peel.

What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

Email photos to info@dtfsirius.com within 7 days of delivery and we reprint or refund the affected items. Custom prints are otherwise final sale.
