Wholesale & Bulk DTF Transfers for Shops, Schools and Teams
You can order DTF transfers in bulk from DTF Sirius with no minimum to start, no setup fee and the same per-square-inch price at every quantity: $0.75 per inch of a 22-inch-wide gang sheet (about 3.4¢ per square inch), transfers by size at about 4¢ per square inch and UV DTF at $2.00 per inch (about 9.1¢ per square inch). Shops ordering 50 or more sheets a month can email info@dtfsirius.com for volume pricing. We print in-house in upstate New York; orders placed by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same day with tracking, and typical delivery is 1–2 business days to New York, New Jersey and New England, 2 days to the Mid-Atlantic and 2–4 days to the rest of the US. Shipping is free on orders of $120 or more.

UV DTF for tumblers, glass and hard goods has the same three routes: the UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder, Upload UV DTF Gang Sheet and UV DTF Transfers by Size. DTF and UV DTF can go in the same cart and ship together. Every option can be ordered pre-cut so transfers arrive ready to press.
How different buyers use it
Screen printers
Short runs below your screen minimum, six-color jobs that are not worth the setup, and one-off reprints all go to DTF. Put several clients' jobs side by side on one sheet, cut them apart in the shop and press on your existing equipment. Because we print files exactly as submitted, your reorders match the first run.
Embroidery shops
Add printed full backs, sleeve prints and name drops to embroidered polos and hoodies without buying a printer. A left-chest embroidery plus a DTF full back is a common combination for workwear orders.
Etsy sellers and online stores
Batch the week's orders onto one gang sheet on Monday, press Wednesday and ship. For a design that sells every week, order it by size in quantity and keep a small stock on hand. The 2 PM ET cutoff and 1–2 day delivery in the Northeast let you publish processing times you can keep.
Schools, booster clubs and teams
A roster with names and numbers, three logo sizes and a sponsor bar fits on one sheet, and a 22 × 120 sheet ($90) holds about 140 four-inch designs or 18 full-size fronts. DTF presses on cotton tees and polyester jerseys alike. Please send only artwork the school or league has the right to use.
Churches, nonprofits and event organizers
Volunteer shirts, retreat hoodies, 5K tees and fundraiser merch can be ordered in a single sheet, pressed by volunteers and reordered the week of the event if numbers grow.
What to send for a volume quote
If you expect to order 50 or more sheets a month, email info@dtfsirius.com with:
- Your business name and what you decorate (apparel, drinkware, both).
- Expected monthly volume: number of sheets and their usual lengths (for example, twenty 22 × 60 and ten 22 × 120), or total square inches.
- DTF, UV DTF or both.
- Pre-cut or uncut.
- A typical layout or design file, so we understand the mix of sizes.
- Your ship-to state.
We reply with the options for your account. We do not publish a wholesale price list, and you do not need an account to start: order one sheet at the standard price, press it, and scale up when you are satisfied.
Turnaround for bulk orders
The 2 PM ET cutoff applies to every DTF and UV DTF transfer order, large or small, and there is no rush fee. If you are planning an unusually large run of film for a fixed date, email us before you order so we can confirm the ship date. Custom apparel and drinkware we print for you run on a separate 3–5 business day production schedule (5–7 for embroidery).
A repeat-order workflow that works
- Keep master files. Save every print-ready file with the client or product record, named by client, design, size and version.
- Keep a 22-inch-wide layout template. Shops that use their own software can save a template per sheet length and drop new jobs into it, then send it through Upload DTF Gang Sheet.
- Reorder from the same file. We do not edit artwork, so a file that printed correctly once prints the same way next time.
- Order repeat singles by size. A logo you press every week is quicker to reorder by size than to re-lay on a sheet.
- Hold a small buffer. A few spare transfers of your best sellers cover a slow carrier week.
- Order before 2 PM ET on your batch day. Monday orders are pressing in the Northeast by Wednesday.
File checklist for volume orders
- PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI at the final print size. JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS are also accepted; a JPG prints its background.
- Artwork at actual size. Gang sheets are 22 inches wide.
- Not mirrored. Upload it the way it should read on the shirt.
- About 1/4 inch between designs if you will cut them apart yourself.
- Spelling, names and numbers proofread. We print exactly what you send; our reprint promise covers misprints and damage, not file errors.

Pricing at volume
Every length costs the same per inch, so fifty sheets a month are priced like one until you ask for a volume quote. Orders of $120 or more ship free, which a single 22 × 160 sheet or two 22 × 84 sheets reach on their own. The full table is on our DTF gang sheet pricing page.
Quality and reprints
DTF transfers are hot peel, pressed at 315–325°F with medium-firm pressure for 6–12 seconds, and last 50+ washes. If a sheet arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, email photos to info@dtfsirius.com within 7 days of delivery and we reprint or refund it. Custom prints are otherwise final sale.
Bulk DTF transfers FAQ
Is there a minimum order for bulk or wholesale DTF transfers?
No. Start with one sheet. Volume pricing is available by email once you order 50 or more sheets a month.
Do you have a wholesale price list?
No published list. Email info@dtfsirius.com with your monthly sheet count and sizes and we reply with options for your account.
Do bulk orders still ship the same day?
Yes. The 2 PM ET Monday–Friday cutoff applies to every DTF and UV DTF transfer order. For an unusually large run on a fixed date, email us first so we can confirm the ship date.
Can I put several clients' jobs on one gang sheet?
Yes. Lay them side by side in the builder or in your own software, cut them apart in the shop and press each job separately.
Can I order DTF and UV DTF together?
Yes. Add both to the same cart; they ship together. Use DTF for garments and UV DTF for tumblers, glass, metal and hard plastic.
Do you offer sample packs?
We do not send free sample packs. With no minimum, a 22 × 12 sheet for $9 or a single transfer by size is the sample: press it, wash it and judge for yourself.
How long do the transfers last?
50+ washes when pressed at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds with a hot peel. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low.
What fabrics can my customers' garments be?
Cotton, polyester, blends, fleece and most performance fabrics, in any color. For polyester, press at the low end of the range to limit dye migration.
How far do you ship?
Anywhere in the US, with tracking. 1–2 business days to New York, New Jersey and New England, 2 days to the Mid-Atlantic and 2–4 days elsewhere. We do not ship internationally.
