- Use a transparent PNG at 300 DPI if you can. We also accept JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS.

NYC Order Questions
Can I plan a pop-up or streetwear drop around your ship dates?
Yes. Orders placed by 2 PM ET on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) ship the same day, and later orders ship the next business day. Work back from your drop date, leave room for delivery and review the shipping options at checkout.
Can I order a small sample run before a drop?
Yes. Since there is no minimum order, you can order a few transfers of a new design, press samples and check size and placement before you commit to the full run.
Should my restaurant or bar order finished staff shirts or press its own?
If you do not have a heat press, order finished custom tees and sweatshirts with your design. If you already press in-house or want to add your logo to shirts you own, order DTF transfers and press them yourself.
Which UV DTF items make sense for a cafe or bar counter?
UV DTF works well on tip jars, sealed wood signs, hard-plastic menu holders and retail merch mugs or bottles that will be hand washed. It is not suited to service ware that goes through a dishwasher or soaks. Apply each decal to a clean, dry, smooth surface and let it set for 24 hours.
What do I need to press DTF transfers in a small studio?
A heat press. Set it to 315–325°F with medium-firm pressure, press for 6–12 seconds and peel the film while it is still hot. DTF works on cotton and polyester.
Can you ship to a stockist or partner outside the US?
No. We ship to addresses within the US only, including all five boroughs.
