DTF Transfers NYC: 1–2 Day Delivery to All Five Boroughs & Long Island
DTF Sirius ships DTF transfers, gang sheets and UV DTF decals to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island and Westchester in 1–2 business days. We print in-house in upstate New York. Order by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday and your order ships the same day with tracking, so a Monday order is typically in hand Tuesday or Wednesday. There is no minimum order and no setup fee: gang sheets are $0.75 per inch of a 22-inch-wide sheet (about 3.4¢ per square inch), transfers by size are about 4¢ per square inch, UV DTF is $2.00 per inch (about 9.1¢ per square inch), and shipping is free on orders of $120 or more.

Planning around a weekend event? Order by 2 PM ET on Tuesday or Wednesday and most city addresses have the transfers by Friday. Thursday orders usually arrive Friday or Monday, so they are a gamble for a Saturday press day.
Upstate New York versus a national supplier
Most large DTF companies print outside the Northeast, so even with a same-day cutoff their ground packages take 2–4 business days to reach the city. Ours leave upstate New York and typically arrive in 1–2. We do not offer pickup, but for most of the city a tracked package arriving the next day or the day after is faster than a trip to pick one up, and there is no minimum to meet.
What New York City customers order
Streetwear and small brands
Labels in Bushwick, Williamsburg, the Lower East Side, Harlem and Long Island City run small drops and restocks. The DTF Gang Sheet Builder puts fronts, back hits, sleeve prints and neck labels on one 22-inch-wide sheet, and with no minimum you can sample a design before committing to the run.
Etsy and online sellers
Sellers in every borough use DTF Transfers by Size for one-off orders and a weekly gang sheet for the batch. The 2 PM ET cutoff and 1–2 day delivery let you set honest processing times.
Schools, PTAs, CYO and youth leagues
Spirit wear, field day, 5Ks and fundraisers mean many sizes and a few designs. Lay out the whole order on one sheet, including names and numbers, and press cotton and polyester from the same transfers.
Restaurants, bars, cafes and food trucks
Staff tees and hoodies are DTF. Tip jars, menu stands, hard-plastic signage and the branded glassware you sell at the counter take UV DTF decals, which are peel-and-stick and hand wash only.
Events, parades, block parties and group trips
Matching shirts for a bachelorette weekend, a church retreat, a parade contingent or a block party can be ordered Monday and pressed by Wednesday.
Screen printers and embroidery shops
Shops in the Garment District, Queens and on Long Island outsource short runs and multi-color jobs that are not worth burning screens for. Send your own layout through Upload DTF Gang Sheet and we print it as submitted. Email info@dtfsirius.com for volume pricing on 50 or more sheets a month.

Pressing in a small apartment or studio
You need a heat press; an iron does not give even heat or pressure. Press DTF at 315–325°F with medium-firm pressure for 6–12 seconds and peel the film while hot. Pressed correctly, transfers last 50+ washes. See our heat press instructions. UV DTF needs no press at all.
