DTF Transfers for Pennsylvania Shops & Teams
Pennsylvania is one of the closest states to our shipping point, and that changes how you can order. DTF Sirius ships from the Northeast, and USPS Ground Advantage typically reaches Pennsylvania in 1–3 business days. Short transit plus no minimum order means Philadelphia boutiques, Pittsburgh print shops and small-town booster clubs can order what they need this week instead of stocking up for the season.
Restock weekly instead of stocking up
Gang sheets and transfers ordered by 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. An order placed Monday before the cutoff typically arrives between Tuesday and Thursday. Transit is typical, not guaranteed, but the pattern makes a weekly routine practical:
- Check what sold over the weekend.
- Put the reorders and one or two new designs on a DTF gang sheet at $0.75 per inch. A 22 × 36 inch sheet is $27.
- Press to order when the transfers arrive, and keep blank inventory instead of printed inventory.
When a bigger order comes in, sheets go up to 240 inches long, and orders of $120 or more ship free with Economy shipping.
Overflow for Pennsylvania print shops
Screen printers and embroidery shops across the Lehigh Valley, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Erie and Scranton can use DTF to take on the jobs that don't suit screens: full-color art, gradients, dozens of one-off names, or a rush of 12 shirts with an eight-color logo. Upload a print-ready layout to the DTF upload gang sheet, where size and price are calculated automatically, and press it on your own equipment. Our wholesale DTF transfers page covers ordering for resale.
What Pennsylvania prints
Wrestling rooms and winter sports
Pennsylvania takes high school wrestling seriously, from December duals to the state championships in Hershey in March. Team warm-ups, singlet-bag designs, parent shirts and tournament merch are all quick gang-sheet jobs. Order individual names with transfers by size.
Farm Show, fairs and 4-H
The Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg each January and county fairs through the summer bring club shirts, exhibitor shirts and farm-market merch.
Hunting camp
Rifle deer season opens the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and plenty of families and camps mark it with a camp shirt or hoodie that has the year on it. It's a small run, and there's no minimum to meet.
Youth baseball in Williamsport
Every August the youth baseball world series draws teams and families to Williamsport, along with a lot of team and family shirts. Since transit from us is short, late roster changes are easier to handle.
Poconos weddings and getaways
Bridal party shirts, bachelorette weekends and family-reunion cabins are easy DTF jobs. For drinkware favors, UV DTF decals stick to glass, stainless and ceramic without a heat press, at $2.00 per inch.
Philadelphia and Pittsburgh brands
Streetwear labels, neighborhood bars, restaurants, gyms and running clubs print merch in small, frequent batches. For a finished look without pressing, see custom apparel (3–5 business days) and embroidered hats and polos (5–7 business days).
Pressing checklist
Press DTF transfers at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds with medium-firm pressure, and peel hot. Test on each new blank, and use a heat press rather than a household iron. See the heat press instructions for the full steps.
Pennsylvania FAQ
How long does shipping to Pennsylvania take?
Gang sheets and transfers ordered by 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. From the Northeast, USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 1–3 business days to reach Pennsylvania. Transit times are typical, not guaranteed.
Can my print shop use your transfers for customer orders?
Yes. Print shops use DTF gang sheets for full-color and short-run jobs and press them on their own equipment. There is no minimum order.
What's the difference between the gang sheet builder and uploading a sheet?
With the builder, you arrange your designs on a 22-inch sheet online. With the upload option, you send a finished print-ready sheet and the size and price are calculated automatically. DTF sheets cost $0.75 per inch either way.
Do you have a location in Pennsylvania?
No. DTF Sirius is an online print company that ships from the Northeast. There is no local pickup, and every order ships with tracking.
