Same-Day DTF Transfers: Order by 2 PM ET, Ships Today
Order DTF or UV DTF transfers by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday and they ship the same day from our shop in upstate New York. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. Every order ships with tracking: the tracking email arrives when the package goes out (allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan). Typical delivery is 1–2 business days to New York, New Jersey and New England, 2 days to the Mid-Atlantic and 2–4 days to the rest of the US. There is no minimum order and no setup fee: gang sheets are $0.75 per inch of a 22-inch-wide sheet (about 3.4¢ per square inch), transfers by size are about 4¢ per square inch, UV DTF is $2.00 per inch (about 9.1¢ per square inch), and shipping is free on orders of $120 or more.
How the 2 PM ET cutoff works
Same-day shipping is the standard service on every DTF and UV DTF transfer product, with no rush fee: the DTF Gang Sheet Builder, Upload DTF Gang Sheet, DTF Transfers by Size, the UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder, UV DTF Transfers by Size and UV DTF cup wraps and stickers. The clock runs on Eastern Time and the order counts when checkout is complete, not when the file is uploaded.
- Placed Tuesday at 1:55 PM ET: prints and ships Tuesday.
- Placed Tuesday at 2:10 PM ET: ships Wednesday.
- Placed Friday at 3 PM ET, or any time Saturday or Sunday: ships Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a federal holiday).
Custom apparel, drinkware and embroidery are made to order on a separate schedule (3–5 business days for printed apparel and drinkware, 5–7 for embroidery) and are not same-day items. If one order contains transfers and apparel, it ships together once everything is ready; place two orders if you need the transfers first.
Delivery times by region
Transit starts the day the package ships. The ranges below are typical business-day transit times for ground shipping from upstate New York. Weather and carrier volume, especially in holiday weeks, can add a day. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay; Economy shipping is free at $120.

What to have ready before the cutoff
- Print-ready files. A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at the final print size is best; JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS are also accepted. Do not mirror the file. We print exactly what you upload and do not edit artwork.
- Final sizes and quantities. By size, each design gets its own dimensions and quantity. On a gang sheet, lay everything out at actual size on the 22-inch width.
- Spelling, names, numbers and dates checked. Our reprint promise covers misprints and damage, not typos in the file you sent.
- The right shipping address. An address correction after shipping costs at least a day.
- Pre-cut or uncut. Pre-cut sheets arrive ready to press (pricing on request). Uncut sheets you cut apart yourself.
- Checkout complete before 2 PM ET. A cart with files in it has not been ordered yet.
Rush tips: how to get transfers in hand fastest
- Order before 2 PM ET Monday through Thursday. A Friday order still ships Friday, but it typically arrives Monday or Tuesday.
- Work backward from your deadline: press day, minus transit days from the table, minus one buffer day, is your order-by date.
- If more than one shipping option appears at checkout, choose by delivery date rather than price when the deadline is tight.
- Put everything for one event on one gang sheet so it ships as a single package instead of several.
- Pressing the evening it arrives? Order pre-cut and press straight from the box.
- Spot a mistake after ordering? Email info@dtfsirius.com with your order number right away. Once a sheet has printed, it cannot be changed.
Why same-day from New York matters
Most large DTF suppliers print in other states. Their same-day cutoffs are real, but ground transit to the Northeast still takes 2–4 business days. From upstate New York, most orders to New York, New Jersey and New England arrive 1–2 business days after they ship, so a Monday order is usually being pressed by Wednesday. For a one-off job, that is the difference between making a Saturday event and missing it. For a shop, it means you can batch Monday and press Wednesday every week.
Pressing when the box arrives
DTF transfers are hot peel: press at 315–325°F with medium-firm pressure for 6–12 seconds, then peel the film while it is still hot. Pressed correctly, they last 50+ washes. Where do you ship from?
We print in-house in upstate New York, in the Albany, NY area, and ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long does delivery take to New York City, New Jersey or Boston?
Typically 1–2 business days after the ship date. Order by 2 PM ET Monday and most addresses in New York, New Jersey and New England have it Tuesday or Wednesday.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order goes out. Allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time. Every order ships with tracking, and most Capital Region addresses receive it the next business day.
If I order on Saturday, when will it ship?
Monday, the next business day, with typical delivery 1–2 business days later in the Northeast.
Is there a minimum order for same-day shipping?
No. One 22 × 12 gang sheet ($9) or a single transfer by size ships on the same schedule as a large order.
What if my order is late, damaged or misprinted?
Carrier delays are outside our control, but we ship on the promised day and provide tracking. If an order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, email photos to info@dtfsirius.com within 7 days of delivery and we reprint or refund it.
Do custom shirts and mugs ship the same day?
No. Printed apparel and drinkware ship in 3–5 business days and embroidery in 5–7 business days. Same-day shipping applies to DTF and UV DTF transfers.
