Who orders DTF transfers from us in the Capital Region
Screen printers and embroidery shops that outsource DTF
Plenty of decorators around Albany would rather not run a DTF printer. Lay several clients' jobs side by side on one gang sheet in the DTF Gang Sheet Builder, or send your own layout through Upload DTF Gang Sheet, and press them on your own equipment. A Monday order is on your press Tuesday or Wednesday. There is no minimum, so one small job costs the same per square inch as a week's worth, and we print files exactly as submitted so reorders match the first run. Shops ordering 50 or more sheets a month can email info@dtfsirius.com for volume pricing.
Schools, booster clubs and youth leagues
Spirit wear, Section II team gear, booster fundraisers, rec soccer in Clifton Park, youth hockey in Troy, little league in Colonie: these orders mix sizes, names and numbers. Put the whole roster on one 22-inch-wide sheet and press cotton tees and polyester jerseys from the same order. DTF transfers work on both. Please send only artwork your school or league has the right to use.
Colleges, clubs and student groups
Student organizations, intramural teams and orientation committees at the University at Albany, RPI, Siena, Union, Skidmore and Hudson Valley Community College usually need small mixed runs on short notice. With no minimum and next-business-day delivery, a club can order Monday and press shirts before a Thursday event.
Breweries, cideries, coffee shops and restaurants
Taprooms in Troy, Schenectady and Albany, cafes on Lark Street, restaurants on Broadway in Saratoga: staff tees and merch sweatshirts are DTF, and the growlers, retail glassware and tip jars are UV DTF decals (peel-and-stick, hand wash only, so keep them off service glassware that goes through the dishwasher).
Festivals, race season and craft fairs
The Tulip Festival in Washington Park, the summer meet at Saratoga Race Course, the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market, LarkFEST and the holiday markets all run on short timelines. Order a small batch, see what sells, reorder by 2 PM ET and have more the next day.
Etsy sellers and small brands
Makers in Delmar, Latham, Clifton Park and across the region use DTF Transfers by Size for single designs and a weekly gang sheet for the week's orders. A 2 PM ET cutoff with next-day delivery lets you promise honest processing times to your own buyers.

Pressing and care
DTF transfers are hot peel: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds, peel while hot. Pressed correctly they last 50+ washes. Settings and troubleshooting are on our heat press instructions page. UV DTF is peel-and-stick on clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces; let it set 24 hours and hand wash.
