Workflows for repeat orders

Keep a master file and reorder by upload

Once a layout is ready, save the print-ready file with your client or product records. When you need more, send the same file through Upload DTF Gang Sheet. Because we print files exactly as submitted, your sizing and placement stay the same from one order to the next.

Combine several clients' jobs on one sheet

Decorators with several small jobs can place them side by side on one gang sheet in the builder, then cut them apart and press each job in-house. That's one order instead of a separate order for every client.

Bundle apparel and drinkware

Plan press days around the cutoff

Artwork checklist for repeat orders

We print artwork exactly as it is submitted and do not edit files. A few habits keep every reorder looking the way you expect:

  • Use 300 DPI at the final print size.
  • Save as a transparent PNG when you can. We also accept JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS.
  • Don't mirror your artwork.
  • Check spelling, colors and backgrounds before you upload.

Our quality promise

Our quality promise applies to every order, from a single transfer to a large batch. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, email photos to info@dtfsirius.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund it.

Because custom-printed items are made for you, they are otherwise final sale. Unopened inks can be returned within 30 days. See our refund policy for the full details.

Pressing, care and shipping

Press DTF transfers at 315–325°F with medium-firm pressure for 6–12 seconds, then hot peel. Share our heat press instructions and pressing guide with your team so everyone uses the same settings.

UV DTF is peel-and-stick for clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces, not fabric. Let it set for 24 hours, then hand wash and avoid the dishwasher and soaking.

Is there a minimum order for wholesale DTF transfers?

No. There is no minimum, so you can order a single transfer or a large batch.

How do I place a large or recurring order?

Lay out your designs in the DTF Gang Sheet Builder, upload a print-ready file through Upload DTF Gang Sheet, or order a single design with DTF Transfers by Size. There's no minimum, and you can reorder from the same file whenever you need more.

Can I use DTF transfers on polyester?

Yes. DTF transfers work on both cotton and polyester. Follow our heat press instructions for the settings.

Can I order DTF and UV DTF in the same order?

Yes. Each has its own builder, upload and by-size options, and you can add both to your cart. Use DTF for garments and UV DTF for hard surfaces such as glass, metal, ceramic and hard plastic.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We ship within the US only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
