Press, stick, wear
DTF transfers press in 6–12 seconds at 315–325°F. UV DTF decals simply peel and stick, no heat press needed.

What are DTF transfers?
DTF (direct-to-film) transfers are full-color designs printed on a special film with a white underbase and adhesive. You heat press them onto a garment in seconds. They work on cotton, polyester and blends, in light or dark colors.
How do I apply a DTF transfer?
Use a heat press at 315–325°F with medium-firm pressure for 6–12 seconds, then peel the film while it's hot. See our heat press instructions.
What's the difference between DTF and UV DTF?
DTF transfers are heat-pressed onto fabric. UV DTF transfers are peel-and-stick decals for hard surfaces such as glass, metal, ceramic, hard plastic and sealed wood, with no heat press needed.
How much do gang sheets cost?
DTF gang sheets are $0.75 per inch of length and UV DTF gang sheets are $2.00 per inch, on a 22″ wide sheet. A 22″ × 12″ DTF sheet is $9 and a 22″ × 12″ UV DTF sheet is $24. Pre-cut adds $0.50 per inch. There are no setup fees.
How fast will my order ship?
DTF and UV DTF gang sheets and transfers ordered by 2 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Custom apparel, drinkware and gifts are made to order and ship in 3–5 business days, and custom embroidery ships in 5–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email.
Can you cut my transfers and decals for me?
Yes. Every DTF and UV DTF gang sheet and transfer can be ordered pre-cut: choose Pre-cut in the gang sheet builder, or the + Pre-Cut option when you upload a gang sheet or order transfers by size. Every design arrives cut out and ready to apply. Pre-cut adds $0.50 per inch of sheet length, so a 22″ × 12″ pre-cut sheet is $15 for DTF and $30 for UV DTF.
What file should I upload?
A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background, sized at the print size you want, gives the best results. We also accept JPG, PDF, SVG, PSD, AI and EPS. We print files exactly as submitted, so check spelling and sizing before you order.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single transfer, one custom shirt or a full 240″ gang sheet.
What if my order arrives misprinted or damaged?
Email info@dtfsirius.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once we confirm the issue, we'll reprint the affected items or refund them.
Do you offer custom embroidery?
Yes. We embroider logos and designs on hats, beanies, polos and hoodies. Digitizing is included, orders ship in 5–7 business days, and 12+ embroidered items get 10% off automatically (15% off at 24+).
