DTF Gang Sheet Pricing: Price Per Square Inch (2026)
DTF gang sheets at DTF Sirius cost $0.75 per inch of length on a 22-inch-wide sheet, which works out to about 3.4¢ per square inch: a 22 × 12 sheet is $9, a 22 × 60 is $45 and a 22 × 120 is $90. UV DTF gang sheets are $2.00 per inch (about 9.1¢ per square inch). There is no minimum order and no setup or art fee. We print in-house in upstate New York; orders placed by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same day with tracking, and typical delivery is 1–2 business days to New York, New Jersey and New England, 2 days to the Mid-Atlantic and 2–4 days to the rest of the US. Shipping is free on orders of $120 or more.

DTF gang sheet price list (22 inches wide, $0.75 per inch)
Every sheet is 22 inches wide. In the DTF Gang Sheet Builder you choose the length: 12, 24, 36, 38, 40 or 48 inches, then every 12 inches up to 240 inches (20 feet). The price is the same whether the sheet is packed edge to edge or half empty, so your cost per design depends on how well you fill it.

Any length in between follows the same rule: multiply the length in inches by $0.75. A 22 × 38 sheet is $28.50; a 22 × 204 sheet is $153. Orders of $120 or more ship free, so a single 22 × 160 sheet or two 22 × 84 sheets arrive with no shipping charge. Optional pre-cutting, where we cut every design out individually so it is ready to press, is priced on request.
What one design costs on a gang sheet
The question behind "how much do DTF transfers cost" is usually "what will each shirt cost me?" The table below uses a 1/4-inch gap between designs, which leaves enough room to cut them apart with scissors. Edge-to-edge nesting fits a few more.

Two things follow from the table. First, the per-design price on a full sheet is the same on a 22 × 60 as on a 22 × 120: longer sheets do not get a lower rate, they simply hold more. Second, small designs are where gang sheets shine. A left-chest logo lands well under 50¢, and mixing sizes, with sleeve hits and tags tucked into the gaps around big front prints, pushes the average lower still. UV DTF gang sheet pricing ($2.00 per inch)
UV DTF is a peel-and-stick decal for hard, smooth surfaces such as tumblers, glass, mugs, metal, acrylic and sealed wood. It costs more per inch than DTF because it is a UV-cured print with its own adhesive layer and a transfer film on top, built to survive handling, water and scratches without a heat press. Gang sheet or transfers by size: which is cheaper?
DTF Transfers by Size and UV DTF Transfers by Size are priced by the square inch of each design: about 4¢ for DTF and about 12¢ for UV DTF, slightly above the gang sheet rate. The other difference is what you pay for. By size, you pay for each design's own rectangle and nothing else. On a gang sheet, you pay for the whole sheet, including any empty space, in exchange for putting many designs in one upload and controlling the exact layout.
- By size is cheaper when you have one to three designs that would leave most of a 22 × 12 sheet empty. One 10 × 12 front print by size is about $4.80; the smallest gang sheet is $9. One 4 × 4 logo by size is about 64¢.
- A gang sheet beats by size only when you fill it. A full 22 × 24 sheet ($18) holds about 528 square inches of designs, which would be about $21 by size. Pick the gang sheet when you have many designs, names or sizes to combine, or when you want to control spacing yourself; pick by size when you want a quick per-piece price with no layout work.
- Either way there is no minimum and no setup fee, and both can be ordered pre-cut.

How to pay less per transfer
- Fill the sheet. Empty space costs the same as printed space.
- Group small designs with big ones so logos, sleeve hits and tags fill the gaps.
- Rotate designs to use the full 22-inch width: two 10-inch-wide fronts side by side use 20 of the 22 inches.
- Order a single design by size instead of a mostly empty sheet.
- Combine orders to pass $120 and ship free.
- Skip pre-cut if you are comfortable cutting with scissors.

How much does a DTF transfer cost per shirt?
It depends on the design size. On a full 22 × 60 sheet, a 3 × 3 in left-chest logo is about 42¢, a 4 × 4 in design about 64¢ and a 10 × 12 in full front about $4.50 to $5.63. Ordered by size, a 4 × 4 is about 64¢ and an 8 × 10 chest print about $3.20.
Who has the cheapest DTF gang sheets?
Advertised rates vary widely, and some of the lowest apply only to long rolls, minimum quantities or orders that pay flat-rate shipping. Compare the delivered cost: price per square inch, shipping, any minimum, transit days to your state and the reprint policy. Is there a minimum order?

Does the price change with ink coverage or white ink?
No. Sheets are priced by length only. Full-color, heavy white underbase or a few thin lines all cost the same per inch.
What does pre-cut cost?

Do longer sheets cost less per inch?
