Shipping policy
At DTF Sirius, we want your order to reach you quickly and without surprises. This policy explains when orders ship, how shipping is charged and where we ship.
Processing time
- DTF and UV DTF gang sheets and transfers (gang sheets, transfers by size, pre-cut transfers, UV DTF cup wraps and custom stickers): orders placed by 2 PM ET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) ship the same day; orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the next business day.
- Custom apparel, drinkware and gifts (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, baby bodysuits, mugs, tumblers and totes): made to order and shipped in 3–5 business days.
- Custom embroidery (hats, beanies, polos and hoodies): made to order and shipped in 5–7 business days.
If your order contains items with different processing times, we may ship them together once everything is ready.
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on orders of $120 or more (Economy shipping). Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order confirmation and tracking
- When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation.
Shipping issues or delays
Weather, carrier delays or other events outside our control can occasionally slow down deliveries. If your order seems delayed, please contact us at info@dtfsirius.com and we will help.
If your package arrives damaged, email us at info@dtfsirius.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and follow the steps in our Return and Refund Policy.
