We do not have a shop in Philadelphia or anywhere in Pennsylvania. Every order is printed in upstate New York and shipped. Philadelphia is a short ground run down the I-81 and I-476 corridors, so most parcels arrive in one to two business days rather than the three to five typical of suppliers in the South or West.

Who orders DTF transfers in Philadelphia
Streetwear brands and independent sellers
Philadelphia has one of the deepest independent apparel scenes on the East Coast, from Fishtown and South Street to the vendor tables at weekend markets. A gang sheet holds an entire drop in one order, so you can print a small run, see what sells and reorder by 2 PM ET for a restock within a day or two. DTF Transfers by Size covers a single design in set quantities.
Screen printers and embroidery shops
Decorators across the city and suburbs send us full-color art, short runs and single reorders that are not worth a screen setup. Gang several clients' jobs in the DTF Gang Sheet Builder or send your own layout via Upload DTF Gang Sheet, then press on your own equipment. Steady monthly volume? Email info@dtfsirius.com.
Universities and student organizations
Clubs, Greek life, club sports and orientation teams at Penn, Drexel, Temple, Saint Joseph's, La Salle, Villanova, Swarthmore and Haverford order small mixed runs on short notice. Send only artwork your organization is licensed to use.
Schools, CYO and youth sports
Spirit wear for Philadelphia public, charter and archdiocesan schools, plus CYO basketball, Pop Warner, little league and travel soccer rosters: names and numbers go on one 22-inch-wide sheet, and DTF presses on cotton tees and polyester jerseys from the same order.
Restaurants, cheesesteak shops, bars and breweries
Philly's restaurants, corner bars, coffee roasters and the breweries in Fishtown, Manayunk and the suburbs order staff tees and merch as DTF and pint-glass, growler and tumbler logos as UV DTF decals (peel-and-stick, hand wash only).
Events, parades and fundraisers
Mummers clubs, the Broad Street Run, neighborhood block parties, church festivals, union events and nonprofit walks all need a mixed batch on a deadline. No minimum means a group of twenty-five orders twenty-five.
How to order in three steps
- Upload artwork. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI is best; JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS are accepted. Arrange it in the builder or set a size and quantity; the price shows before checkout.
- Check out by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday. No proof step; we print exactly what you upload, so proofread first.
- Press when it arrives, typically 1–2 business days later in Philadelphia: 315–325°F, 6–12 seconds, medium-firm pressure, hot peel.

Ship date versus delivery date
Same-day shipping means your parcel leaves our shop the day you order, provided the order is in by 2 PM ET on a business day. Delivery is the carrier's transit added on: typically 1–2 business days to Philadelphia, so a Monday order is usually in hand Tuesday or Wednesday. A Friday 3 PM order ships Monday. Custom apparel and drinkware ship in 3–5 business days; embroidery in 5–7.
Pressing and care
DTF is hot peel: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds, peel immediately, good for 50+ washes. UV DTF applies to clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces; allow 24 hours and hand wash. See our heat press instructions.
