Where Minnesota Businesses Put DTF to Work

The Twin Cities

Small brands, breweries, salons and startups across Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the suburbs order short runs for staff shirts, pop-up markets and limited drops, and reorder when a design sells out.

Youth Hockey and Winter Sports

Associations and high school programs print player names and numbers, parent hoodies and tournament shirts every season, with every name and size on one gang sheet.

Lake Country and the North Shore

Resorts, bait shops and gift shops from the Brainerd Lakes to Duluth and the North Shore print souvenir tees and staff gear for summer and ice-fishing seasons.

Fairs, Festivals and Church Events

County fairs, winter festivals, church suppers and summer camps print volunteer shirts and event-dated merch, often adding the year so every edition becomes a keepsake.

What Makes Our Prints Different

Every order is printed to order with vivid CMYK plus white ink on premium hot-peel film. DTF prints stay soft and flexible on cotton, polyester and blends, and UV DTF decals add a glossy, slightly raised finish to hard surfaces such as glass, metal, ceramic, hard plastic and sealed wood. If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, email photos within 7 days and we'll reprint or refund it — see our quality promise.

How Ordering Works

  1. Send your artwork. Build a gang sheet in the Gang Sheet Builder, upload a finished layout, or order one design with DTF Transfers by Size.
  2. We print it exactly as submitted, with no edits to your file.
  3. Press or peel. DTF presses at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds, then hot peels. UV DTF simply peels, places, rubs down and lifts the film — no heat press needed.
