DTF Transfers for Ohio Fairs, Teams & Crews

In Ohio, custom shirts follow the seasons: fair season in summer, football in the fall, hoodies all winter and Lake Erie tourist traffic from Memorial Day to Labor Day. DTF Sirius prints DTF transfers and gang sheets for all of it, with no minimum order and a same-day shipping cutoff for gang sheets and transfers. We ship from the Northeast to Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, Dayton and every county in between.

How fast orders reach Ohio

Ohio is on Eastern time, so the cutoff is simple: gang sheets and transfers ordered by 2 PM on a business day ship the same day. USPS Ground Advantage from the Northeast typically takes 2–4 business days to reach Ohio. That's a typical range, not a guarantee. Finished custom apparel and gifts ship in 3–5 business days, and embroidery in 5–7. Orders of $120 or more ship free with Economy shipping.

Fair season: 4-H, FFA and the Ohio State Fair

From June through September, nearly every Ohio county holds a fair, and the Ohio State Fair runs in Columbus from late July into August. Clubs, livestock exhibitors and families order matching barn shirts, sale-day shirts and buyer thank-you gifts.

A single DTF gang sheet handles a whole club. For example, a 22 × 60 inch sheet ($45) fits about 20 small left-chest club logos plus roughly six 10-inch back prints, and every member's shirt can carry the same full-color art. Buyer gifts such as tumblers and mugs can be branded with UV DTF decals: peel, stick and done, with no heat press.

Friday nights and winter sports

Ohio high school football runs from late August through the playoffs in November, and wrestling and basketball fill the winter. Booster clubs press names and numbers, parent shirts and warm-up hoodies. Order individual names and numbers with DTF transfers by size, and put repeated spirit designs on a gang sheet.

Plants, shops and crews

Ohio still makes things, and manufacturers, machine shops, contractors and trade crews need shirts that say who they are. Full-color logos press onto cotton or polyester work tees in 6–12 seconds. For a more formal look, embroidered hats, polos and hoodies ship as finished garments in 5–7 business days. Safety-week shirts, plant anniversaries and retirement gifts are common one-off orders, and none of them need a minimum.

Lake Erie and summer tourism

The islands and shoreline towns around Port Clinton, Sandusky and Put-in-Bay depend on a short, busy summer. Gift shops, bars, fishing charters and marinas can test a design early in the season and reorder the sellers, rather than committing to a large screen-print run in spring. Custom drinkware and gifts are available too.

Hoodie weather

From October to April, Ohio orders shift to hoodies and crewnecks. DTF transfers press onto cotton and polyester fabrics, including cotton-poly fleece. Press at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds with medium-firm pressure, then peel hot. Keep the transfer clear of pocket seams and zippers so the pressure stays even. When you use a new blank, press a test piece first. The full steps are on our heat press instructions page.
