Where Alabama Businesses Put DTF to Work
Huntsville and the Tennessee Valley
Engineering and aerospace contractors, startups and school groups in Huntsville, Madison, Decatur and Florence order polos, event tees and team shirts in short runs.
Mobile and the Gulf Coast
Mardi Gras societies, beach shops in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and seafood restaurants print member shirts, souvenir tees and staff gear for the busy seasons.
Montgomery, Dothan and the Wiregrass
Businesses, churches and booster clubs order staff shirts, VBS shirts and fundraiser hoodies shipped to the door instead of a drive to a city print shop.
Family Reunions and Church Events
Family reunions, homecomings and church anniversaries print matching shirts with names and dates, and one gang sheet covers every design and size.
What Makes Our Prints Different
Every order is printed to order with vivid CMYK plus white ink on premium hot-peel film. DTF prints stay soft and flexible on cotton, polyester and blends, and UV DTF decals add a glossy, slightly raised finish to hard surfaces such as glass, metal, ceramic, hard plastic and sealed wood. If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, email photos within 7 days and we'll reprint or refund it — see our quality promise.
How Ordering Works
- Send your artwork. Build a gang sheet in the Gang Sheet Builder, upload a finished layout, or order one design with DTF Transfers by Size.
- We print it exactly as submitted, with no edits to your file.
- Press or peel. DTF presses at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds, then hot peels. UV DTF simply peels, places, rubs down and lifts the film — no heat press needed.
