DTF Transfers & Custom Merch in Delaware

DTF Sirius prints DTF transfers, UV DTF decals, embroidered hats and custom apparel for Delaware businesses, beach towns, fire companies and teams. We ship from the Northeast, so Delaware orders travel a short ground route instead of crossing the country. Gang sheets and transfers ordered by 2 PM ET on business days ship the same day, custom apparel ships in 3–5 business days, embroidery in 5–7, there's no minimum order, and orders of $120 or more ship free.

Where Delaware Businesses Put DTF to Work

Wilmington and New Castle County

Company offices, banks, startups and nonprofits order polos, event tees and onboarding kits in short runs, and campus groups in Newark print club and intramural shirts.

Dover and Kent County

Local businesses, churches and teams around the state capital order staff shirts and event merch, and race-weekend vendors print designs in small batches.

The Beaches

Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey and Bethany shops refresh souvenir designs from Memorial Day to fall and reorder only what sells, since there's no minimum order.

Fire Companies and Fundraisers

Volunteer fire companies, auxiliaries and community groups print fundraiser shirts and hoodies, and gang sheets let one order cover every design and size.

What Makes Our Prints Different

Every order is printed to order with vivid CMYK plus white ink on premium hot-peel film. DTF prints stay soft and flexible on cotton, polyester and blends, and UV DTF decals add a glossy, slightly raised finish to hard surfaces such as glass, metal, ceramic, hard plastic and sealed wood. If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, email photos within 7 days and we'll reprint or refund it — see our quality promise.

How Ordering Works

  1. Send your artwork. Build a gang sheet in the Gang Sheet Builder, upload a finished layout, or order one design with DTF Transfers by Size.
  2. We print it exactly as submitted, with no edits to your file.
  3. Press or peel. DTF presses at 315–325°F for 6–12 seconds, then hot peels. UV DTF simply peels, places, rubs down and lifts the film — no heat press needed.
