UV DTF Transfers by Size: How to Order Custom Decals With No Minimum
Share
UV DTF decals are the fastest way to put a full-color logo or design on tumblers, glass, mugs, metal and other hard surfaces. No heat press, no weeding, no transfer tape: peel, stick, rub, peel. This guide explains how our UV DTF Transfers by Size page works, what it costs and how to get the best result.
Who orders UV DTF by size
- Small businesses labeling candles, jars, cosmetics, water bottles and packaging.
- Tumbler and cup makers who want crisp, repeatable logos without a Cricut.
- Shops, teams and events branding equipment, coolers, laptops and signage.
- Anyone who needs one decal, or one hundred of the same decal, without buying a full sheet.
How to order, step by step
- Open UV DTF Transfers by Size.
- Upload your artwork. PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest edges; SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD and JPG are also accepted.
- Type the width or height you want. The uploader keeps the proportions and shows the final size.
- Set the quantity for that design, then upload the next design if you have more. Every design can have its own size and quantity.
- Check the total, add to cart and check out. Orders placed by 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day.
What it costs
UV DTF is priced by area, about 12¢ per square inch (a UV DTF gang sheet, at $2.00 per inch of a 22-inch-wide sheet, works out to about 9.1¢ per square inch). There is no minimum order and no setup fee. As a guide:
- A 2.5 × 1.5 in logo decal is about $0.45 each.
- A 3.5 × 2 in label is about $0.84 each.
- A 4 × 4 in design is about $1.92 each.
Orders of $120 or more ship free in the US. If you want many different designs packed tightly on one film, the UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder is usually cheaper per design; for 16 oz, 20 oz and 40 oz tumblers, see our pre-sized cup wraps.
Artwork tips for sharp decals
- Export at 300 DPI at the final size. A 1-inch logo exported at 300 px wide prints cleanly; a screenshot does not.
- Keep lines and text at least 1 mm (about 0.04 in) thick. Hairlines and tiny serif text can break when the film is peeled.
- Avoid large areas of semi-transparent color; UV DTF prints solid ink best.
- Do not mirror the file. We print it exactly as you upload it.
- Check spelling and colors before you order; custom prints are final sale.
Applying your decals
- Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry.
- Peel the decal off the backing paper.
- Position it and rub firmly with a squeegee, card or your thumb, especially on edges.
- Peel the clear top film away slowly at a low angle.
- Let it set for 24 hours before washing. Hand wash; skip the dishwasher.
