How Ordering Works for a Group
Custom shirts for teams, school classes and family reunions all follow the same process: collect everyone's size first, then place one order built around a single design. Upload your artwork once and give us the size breakdown — you don't need a separate order per person. Youth and toddler sizes are available alongside adult sizes, and family reunion shirts commonly run the full range: Adult, Youth, Toddler and Baby, all from the same design. Blanks We Print On
When we print the garment for you, we work from a short list of blanks: Gildan 5000, Gildan 64000 Softstyle, Bella+Canvas 3001, Comfort Colors 1717, and Gildan 18000/18500 for hoodies and crewnecks. If you'd rather supply your own blanks and press transfers yourself, these same styles are common choices.
Artwork Tips
Upload a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized to the actual print dimensions. Send only artwork you have the right to use — a real person checks every file before it prints, and we'll email you if something looks off.
Planning Around an Event Date
For event shirts on a tight timeline, including school spirit week, count backward from the date you need them. If we're printing the garment, allow 3–5 business days for production, then 1–2 days of shipping if you're in the Northeast. If you're pressing your own transfers, orders placed by 2 PM ET ship the same business day, plus 1–2 days to New York, New Jersey or New England. Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt costs the same per piece as a hundred, for individuals and groups alike, with no setup fee or art fee.
How fast can I get 10 custom shirts in New York, NJ or Boston?
If we print the shirts, allow 3–5 business days for production plus 1–2 business days of shipping to New York, New Jersey or New England. If you press your own DTF transfers, order by 2 PM ET and it ships the same business day, arriving in 1–2 business days to those same areas.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. A single design can go on any mix of sizes and colors we stock, including youth and toddler sizes, so one team or family order can cover everyone.
Can each shirt have a different name?
Yes, when you order DTF transfers on a gang sheet — each name or number is its own file on the sheet, so a 60-shirt school order can still be 60 unique names for about $4.50 per front.
Do you print youth sizes?
Yes. Youth, toddler and baby sizes are available alongside adult sizes, which covers family reunion shirts that need the full Adult, Youth, Toddler and Baby range.
What file do I send?
