Who orders DTF transfers in Utica
Schools, booster clubs and youth sports
Section III team gear, spirit wear for the Utica, Rome and New Hartford districts, youth hockey, little league and travel soccer: a full roster with names, numbers and a crest fits on one 22-inch-wide sheet, and DTF presses on cotton tees and polyester jerseys from the same order. Send only artwork your school or league has the right to use.
Colleges and student groups
Clubs, intramurals and orientation teams at Utica University, SUNY Poly, Hamilton College, Mohawk Valley Community College and Colgate order small mixed runs on short notice. A Monday order before 2 PM ET is usually pressed before a Thursday event.
Breweries, distilleries, bakeries and restaurants
Utica's brewing history is still alive in its taprooms, and the city's bakeries, Italian restaurants and chicken-riggies spots sell staff tees and merch at the counter. Order the shirts as DTF and the pint-glass, growler and tumbler logos as UV DTF decals (peel-and-stick, hand wash only) in one cart.
Races, festivals and community events
The Boilermaker, Saranac Thursdays, the Utica Zoo and Stanley Theatre events, county fairs in Herkimer and Boonville, church festivals and fire department fundraisers all need a batch of shirts on a deadline. No minimum means a committee of forty orders forty.
Makers, Etsy sellers and craft-fair vendors
Vendors at the Oneida County Public Market and regional craft shows use DTF Transfers by Size for single designs and a weekly gang sheet for mixed orders at the lowest cost per square inch.

Ship date versus delivery date
Same-day shipping means your parcel leaves our shop the day you order, provided the order is in by 2 PM ET on a business day. Delivery is the carrier's transit added on: typically 1–2 business days to Utica, so a Monday order is usually in hand Tuesday or Wednesday. A Friday 3 PM order ships Monday. Custom apparel and drinkware ship in 3–5 business days; embroidery in 5–7.
Pressing and care
DTF is hot peel: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds, peel immediately, good for 50+ washes. UV DTF applies to clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces; allow 24 hours and hand wash. See our heat press instructions.
