To be clear about location: we have no shop in White Plains or anywhere in Westchester. We print in upstate New York and ship every order. Westchester is an in-state ground trip for the carriers, which is why most orders arrive the next business day or the one after rather than the three to five days typical of suppliers in other regions.

Who orders DTF transfers in Westchester
Corporate offices and event planners
White Plains and the office parks along I-287 run a steady calendar of team-building days, trade show booths, product launches and volunteer events. A gang sheet with the company mark in three sizes covers tees, quarter-zips and totes from one order, and a 2 PM ET cutoff makes a mid-week request realistic.
Private schools, public schools and travel teams
Westchester has a dense mix of public districts, independent schools and travel programs for lacrosse, soccer, hockey, swimming and crew. Rosters with names and numbers, booster club fundraisers and tournament tees all fit on one 22-inch-wide sheet; DTF presses on cotton and polyester alike. Only send artwork your school or program is licensed to use.
Boutiques, gift shops and farm stands
Main streets in Rye, Larchmont, Katonah and Chappaqua, plus the farm stands and orchards up in northern Westchester, sell branded candles, jars, tumblers and glassware. Those labels are UV DTF decals (peel-and-stick, hand wash only); matching tees and totes are regular DTF.
Restaurants, cafes and breweries
Staff uniforms, merch hoodies and pint-glass logos for the restaurants around Mamaroneck Avenue, the waterfront in Tarrytown and the breweries in Peekskill and Elmsford. Order shirts and glassware decals in one cart and they ship together.
Print shops and embroiderers
Decorators across the county send us the full-color jobs and short runs that are not worth setting up screens for. Combine several clients' art in the DTF Gang Sheet Builder or send a finished layout via Upload DTF Gang Sheet. Steady monthly volume? Email info@dtfsirius.com for volume pricing.
How to order in three steps
- Upload artwork. Transparent PNG at 300 DPI is ideal; JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS work too. Arrange it in the builder or set a size and quantity. The price is shown before checkout.
- Check out by 2 PM ET on a weekday. No proof round; we print what you send, so proofread names and dates yourself.
- Press on arrival, typically 1–2 business days later anywhere in Westchester: 315–325°F, 6–12 seconds, medium-firm pressure, hot peel.

Ship date versus delivery date
Same-day shipping means the parcel leaves us the day you order, provided the order is in by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday. Delivery is the carrier's transit added on top: typically 1–2 business days for Westchester. A Tuesday morning order is usually in White Plains Wednesday or Thursday; a Friday 4 PM order ships Monday. Custom apparel and drinkware ship in 3–5 business days; embroidery in 5–7.
Pressing and care
DTF is hot peel: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds, peel immediately. Properly pressed transfers last 50+ washes. UV DTF decals apply to clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces; allow 24 hours to set and hand wash. Full settings are on our heat press instructions page.
