That is faster than most out-of-state suppliers and far less hassle than driving into the city for transfers.

Who orders DTF transfers in Yonkers
Apparel sellers and streetwear brands
Yonkers sits right on the Bronx line, and a lot of small clothing brands here sell online, at pop-ups and out of the trunk. A gang sheet lets you print a dozen designs in one order, test which ones move, and reorder by 2 PM ET for a restock within a day or two. Use DTF Transfers by Size for a single design in set quantities.
Screen printers and embroidery shops
Decorators in Yonkers, Mount Vernon and New Rochelle send us the jobs that are not worth burning a screen for: short runs, full-color art, one-off reorders. Lay several clients' work on one sheet in the DTF Gang Sheet Builder or send your own file through Upload DTF Gang Sheet, then press on your own equipment. Shops with steady volume can email info@dtfsirius.com about volume pricing.
Schools, PTAs and youth sports
Spirit wear for Yonkers public schools, parochial schools and the local colleges, plus rosters for youth football, baseball, soccer and basketball leagues, all fit on a single 22-inch-wide sheet: names, numbers and a crest in one order. DTF presses on cotton tees and polyester jerseys alike. Please send only artwork your school or league has the right to use.
Restaurants, bars, bakeries and breweries
Staff tees and hoodies for restaurants on the waterfront, bakeries and delis across the city, and taprooms in the industrial buildings along the river are standard DTF work. Logo decals for pint glasses, growlers and tip jars are UV DTF decals; they are peel-and-stick and hand wash only.
Events, churches and community groups
Parish festivals, 5K runs along the Hudson, block parties, reunions and nonprofit fundraisers usually need a mixed batch of sizes on a short timeline. No minimum means a group of twenty can order exactly twenty transfers.
How to order in three steps
- Upload your artwork. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI is best; JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS are accepted. Lay it out in the builder or pick a size and quantity, and the price shows before you add to cart.
- Check out by 2 PM ET Monday through Friday. There is no proof step; we print the file exactly as submitted, so check spelling, dates and names first.
- Press when it arrives, typically 1–2 business days later in Yonkers: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds, hot peel.

Shipping day is not delivery day
"Same day" means your order leaves our shop the day you place it, as long as it is in by 2 PM ET on a business day. Delivery is the carrier's transit on top of that. For Yonkers that is typically 1–2 business days, so a Monday order placed before the cutoff is usually in hand Tuesday or Wednesday. An order placed Friday at 3 PM ships Monday. Custom apparel and drinkware are made to order and ship in 3–5 business days; embroidery ships in 5–7 business days.
Pressing and care
DTF transfers are hot peel: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds, peel while hot. Pressed correctly they hold up for 50+ washes. UV DTF decals go on clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces; let them set 24 hours and hand wash. Settings and troubleshooting are on our heat press instructions page.
