DTF Transfers in Brooklyn
Need DTF transfers in Brooklyn? DTF Sirius prints custom DTF gang sheets and UV DTF decals in upstate New York and ships them to every Brooklyn neighborhood, typically in 1–2 business days. Order by 2 PM ET Monday–Friday and it ships the same day. No minimum order; a 22 × 12 gang sheet is $9.
One honest note before anything else: we have no storefront, studio or pickup counter in Brooklyn. DTF Sirius (1973 Sirius LLC) is an online print shop. Every order is printed in upstate New York and shipped with tracking, which for a Brooklyn address usually means a package at your door the day after it leaves us, sometimes two. No subway trip with a tube of film under your arm.
Who orders DTF transfers in Brooklyn
Independent streetwear and clothing brands
From Bushwick and Bed-Stuy to Williamsburg and Crown Heights, Brooklyn is full of small labels that drop a capsule, sell out of a few sizes and need to restock fast. A gang sheet lets you put every design and colorway of a drop on one 22-inch-wide sheet, press only the blanks you need, and reorder the winners by 2 PM ET for delivery in a day or two. No screens, no color limits, no 48-piece minimum.
Etsy, Depop and market sellers
If you sell at weekend flea markets, holiday pop-ups or straight from your apartment through Etsy, print-on-demand margins rarely work. Pressing your own DTF transfers on blanks you buy in bulk does. Many Brooklyn sellers keep a short gang sheet of their best sellers on hand and press to order, then use DTF Transfers by Size when one design takes off.
Print shops and decorators
Screen printers and embroidery shops in Sunset Park, Gowanus and East New York outsource the jobs that do not justify burning screens: full-color art, gradients, 12-piece reorders. Send your own layout through Upload DTF Gang Sheet and press it in-house. Steady volume? See wholesale DTF transfers.
Cafés, bars and food brands
Staff tees, aprons and totes for a coffee shop or a taproom are classic DTF work. For logo decals on pint glasses, glass cans and tumblers, order UV DTF gang sheets or ready-sized UV DTF cup wraps; they are peel-and-stick and hand wash only.
Block parties, run clubs and community groups
Brooklyn run clubs, church groups, family reunions and block associations usually need twenty shirts, not two hundred. With no minimum, you order exactly the transfers you need.
How it works in 3 steps
- Build or upload. Lay out designs in the DTF Gang Sheet Builder, upload a finished sheet, or pick one design by size. The price shows before checkout.
- Check out by 2 PM ET, Monday through Friday. We print the file exactly as submitted; there is no proof step, so double-check names and spelling.
- Press when it arrives: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds, hot peel. Full settings are on our heat press instructions page.

Delivery to Brooklyn
| You order | It ships | Typically in hand in Brooklyn |
|---|---|---|
| Monday before 2 PM ET | Monday | Tuesday or Wednesday |
| Thursday before 2 PM ET | Thursday | Friday or the following Monday |
| Friday after 2 PM ET or the weekend | Monday | Tuesday or Wednesday |
"Same day" means the order leaves our shop the day you place it; delivery is the carrier's transit on top of that. Weather and holiday weeks can add a day, so for a market weekend or a launch date, order early in the week. The planner on same-day DTF transfers shows safe order days.
File tips for Brooklyn brands
- Send a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the exact print size. JPG, SVG, PDF, PSD, AI and EPS also work.
- Thin distressed textures and tiny text under about 6 pt can break up; thicken hairlines before you upload.
- Adult front prints are usually 10–12 in wide, left chest 3–4 in. See the DTF size chart.
- Fill the full width of the sheet with neck labels, sleeve hits and small logos to get more out of every inch.
