Who orders DTF transfers in Saratoga Springs
Track season vendors, boutiques and gift shops
The summer meet at Saratoga Race Course fills Broadway with visitors for six weeks, and the boutiques, gift shops and pop-up vendors stock horse-themed tees, hats and totes for the run. A gang sheet with a few designs in several sizes lets you print a test batch, see what sells over the first weekend, reorder by 2 PM ET Monday and restock Tuesday. Glassware and tumblers get UV DTF decals (peel-and-stick, hand wash only).
Restaurants, breweries, cideries and cafes
Restaurants on Broadway and Caroline Street, the breweries and cideries around Saratoga, Ballston Spa and Clifton Park, and the coffee shops that fuel SPAC weekends order staff tees and merch hoodies as DTF and pint-glass and growler logos as UV DTF, all in one cart.
Schools, youth leagues and travel teams
Spirit wear for the Saratoga, Ballston Spa, Shenendehowa and Burnt Hills districts, youth lacrosse, hockey, soccer and swim programs: a full roster with names and numbers fits on one 22-inch-wide sheet, and DTF presses on cotton tees and polyester jerseys alike. Send only artwork your school or league has the right to use.
Skidmore and campus groups
Clubs, club sports and orientation staff at Skidmore College and the SUNY campuses nearby usually need small mixed runs quickly. Next-day delivery means a Monday order is pressed well before a weekend event.
Races, festivals and fundraisers
Saratoga hosts road races nearly every weekend in season, plus the Victorian Streetwalk, Chowderfest, the county fair in Ballston Spa and countless charity events. No minimum means a race committee of fifty volunteers orders fifty transfers.

Ship date versus delivery date
Same-day shipping means your parcel leaves our shop the day you order, provided the order is in by 2 PM ET on a business day. Delivery is the carrier's transit added on: typically the next business day in Saratoga Springs, so a Monday order is usually in hand Tuesday. A Friday 3 PM order ships Monday and arrives Tuesday. Custom apparel and drinkware ship in 3–5 business days; embroidery in 5–7.
Pressing and care
DTF is hot peel: 315–325°F, medium-firm pressure, 6–12 seconds, peel immediately, good for 50+ washes. UV DTF applies to clean, dry, smooth hard surfaces; allow 24 hours and hand wash. See our heat press instructions.
