Ship date versus delivery date
Same-day shipping means your parcel leaves our shop the day you order, provided the order is in by 2 PM ET on a business day. Delivery is the carrier's transit added on: typically 1–2 business days to Worcester and Springfield, so a Monday order is usually in hand Tuesday or Wednesday. A Friday 3 PM order ships Monday. Custom apparel and drinkware ship in 3–5 business days; embroidery in 5–7.
