Shipping day is not delivery day
Same-day shipping means your parcel leaves our shop the day you order, if the order is in by 2 PM ET on a business day. The carrier's transit comes after that: typically 1–2 business days to the Hudson Valley, so a Monday order is usually in Poughkeepsie Tuesday or Wednesday. A Friday 3 PM order ships Monday. Custom apparel and drinkware ship in 3–5 business days; embroidery in 5–7.
